How do I know if my order was placed successfully?

You will receive an order confirmation email from us. You can also log in to your account to view your order history and find your recent orders. If you have made a payment but have not received a payment confirmation, please contact us.

Why am I not receiving my order confirmation email?

Please make sure the email you entered is correct and valid. Please check the order confirmation email in the Spam/Junk folder. All email confirmation and notification are sent automatically. If you still can't find the order confirmation email, please email us and we'll investigate further.

Can I make changes or cancel my order after it has been placed?

We will be happy to assist you in canceling or changing your order if it has not been processed. Please contact us within 12 hours using the email address of the buyer of the order and provide your order number so that the process runs smoothly and efficiently.

My phone type is not on your website?

We do not display all of our products on the website. If you do not find your device on our website, please send us an email with your device information and the type of phone case you want.

What is the casing made of?

Different cases are made of different materials but most of them contain TPU, PC and Synthetic Leather.

Do clear phone cases turn yellow easily?

Our clear cases protect your phone while preserving its look. Its material technology is optimized to prevent yellowing and keep it durable.

Can you send my order as a gift package?

Sorry, we cannot gift-wrap your order as a gift, or include any personalised message.

How do I clean my phone cases?

Use only water and a soft cloth for cleaning. AVOID harsh chemicals and alcohol-based cleaners.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping.

How long does take to ship?

Our products are made to order and typically ship within 1-3 business days. Handling and processing of orders placed on or near weekends and public holidays may be delayed and will resume on the following business day. (Business days: Monday-Friday)

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery typically takes up to 5 - 12 business days to United States and 9 - 18 days for the rest of the world. Keep in mind that delivery dates are not guaranteed and may include extra transit time because of unforeseen delays and strict inspections, especially for products containing brand images. Late deliveries are always a possibility, however, we will try our best to ensure all deliveries arrive on time.

How do I track my order?

All tracking codes provided may not be tracked immediately. Please allow 1-3 days for the tracking code to be active and trackable. Tracking codes can be tracked here. If you find that the tracking code is not trackable for more than a week, please contact us.

My case has finally arrived but it doesn't fit my phone!

We offer phone cases that are compatible with most common or international versions of smartphones. Please check and compare your phone model and dimensions carefully before purchasing. Please note that we do not accept any warranty requests if the buyer made an error in ordering goods such as choosing the wrong type or model of goods, for that we ask you to re-check the order details before making payment. If you are sure that you have chosen the correct model but the case you received does not fit your phone, please contact us.

Can I receive a full refund for my order?

We will only make a full refund if the item is damaged or the item received does not match the order.

My package never arrived. Can I get a refund?

This can happen for several reasons: the destination address is incorrect, or the customer does not answer the courier's phone call, or the courier is unable to contact the customer's address. We will issue a full refund if you have not received your order more than 30 days after purchase. We cannot issue a refund if you have written your address incorrectly, for that we ask you to re-check the order details before making payment.

How do I get a refund or exchange?

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately via email if the item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please also include photos/video of the damaged item, the specific area where the item is damaged, and proof of delivery of the order.

How long will it take for me to get a refund?

If you haven't received your refund, double check your bank account or PayPal. Then contact your credit card company, it may take 2-3 days for your refund to be officially posted. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still haven't received your refund, please contact us.
